Alberta Government OH&S recognized. Emergency First Aid provides training on the common aspects of First Aid emergencies. This course is for those who an understanding of first aid such as: First Aid in the Workplace, Heart Attacks, Strokes, Deadly Bleeding, Respiratory Emergencies, Burns and Facial Injuries. Certified for 3 Years. Course Length is 8 Hours (Estimated Time includes breaks and a full class of 12).
Emergency First Aid is a course for people who want a general knowledge of first aid principles and the emergency treatment of injuries.
There are no pre-requisites to take Emerggency first aid. Once the course is completed you will receive an Emergency First aid, CPR C and AED certificate that is good for 3 years.
The full Emergency First Aid Course takes approximately 8 Hours including test and breaks based on a class of twelve people.
